We had some work to do regarding packing the whole house out and presenting the case for ALE as the insured’s kitchen, Living room, office and living room were all damaged by the loss.

A fair rental value for the insured’s home was established and the search for a suitable temporary rental was secured. Unfortunately this was during the holidays so this was delayed a little but we were able to find the right fit for the insured.

We went to work with the repair estimate to rebuild all the damages that were sustained by this supply line failure in the bathroom. This was clearly a covered loss and the carrier agreed to our estimate to restore the home to its pre-loss condition. Overturning denied claims is not an easy thing to do, once we had all the facts we went full blast and the insured was relieved that he would not be paying out of pocket for this devastating event.
